    ” Taken Aback”
    Meaning of, taken aback is, to surprise or shock, amaze, stun.
    For example… When I told him my answer, he seemed taken back.
    The family seemed taken aback by the overwhelming generosity of their neighbors.

    1: – Big cheese, the big cheese is the person who holds the most power any situation or an important
    person, if I overhear someone at work describe me as,” big cheese” it means that he or
    she thinks of me as the most important person in the office.
    He was a really big cheese in the academic field.
    2: – Big fish in a small pond, the term,” big fish in a small pond ” is one of the most misunderstood
    idiom. It refers to people who appear to be effective or accomplished
    because they are surrounded by less capable people, the opposite of this
    phrase is,” small fish in a big pond” refers to opposite scenario.
    ” A big fish in a small pond” describes a person who is very well known or
    important in a small group but is not known or important outside that
    small group. For example, a high-performing high school student in a
    small town could be a big fish in a small pond.
    After he changed his English medium school to Urdu medium school, he
    became a big fish in a small pond, he thought so.
    3: -A big shot, an important or influential person. A big shot is a phrase that describes someone who is
    very important or very influential and has a lot of power in a company of group or
    organization, for example, my grandfather was a big shot in politics
    Messing with him will cost you a lot, because he is a big shot
    of this office .
