    Everyday Grammar: ”Subjunctive”.
    The English subjunctive is a special relatively rare verb from those expresses something desired or imagined. We use the subjunctive mainly when talking about events that are not certain to happen or we use the subjunctive when talking about events that somebody wants to happen, anticipate will happen or imagines happening.
    For example, he made proposal that the company buy the more land.
    It is advisable that she rest for a week.
    Subjunctive does not change according to person (I, You, He, She etc.)
